Executive Board
The Executive Board provides overall governance and supports strategic decision-making throughout the project. Comprising the Work Package and Task Leaders, it regularly reviews project progress, key performance indicators, risks and emerging issues, and supports the coordination of activities and the resolution of challenges. The Executive Board also contributes to the review and approval of key project outputs in close collaboration with the Coordinator.
